Компания Tenable приостановила деятельность в России с 10 марта 2022, помахала ручкой кинула своих покупателей из России и отозвала лицензии. Популярный сканер безопасности Nessus не работает.
Пользователям Tenable были разосланы письма:
To Whom It May Concern: The United States Government has issued several recent sanctions, including Executive Order 14065 and the final rule issued March 3, 2022 by the United States Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry Security (“BIS”), which prohibit Tenable from exporting our Products to certain Customers.
Section 10(a) of the Tenable Master Agreement (the “Agreement”), which governs all use of and access to Tenable Products and Services, states, “[e]ach party agrees to perform their respective obligations in a manner that complies with all applicable national, federal, state and local laws, statutes, ordinances, regulations and codes (“Applicable Laws”).” Section 10(b) further states, “The Parties further agree to comply with trade and economic sanctions, rules, and regulations of the United States... and shall not engage in prohibited trade to persons or entities who are the subject of an active sanction, embargo, or executive order.”
Because your company is not legally permitted to access Tenable Products, Tenable hereby immediately terminates your license for cause pursuant to Section 10(a) of the Tenable Master Agreement. Because this is a termination for cause, you are not entitled to and shall not receive any pro rated refund of prepaid, unused license fees. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Tenable Legal Department at legal@tenable.com. A signed copy of this message has been provided for your records.

В этом письме говорится о том, что США ввели санкции и запрещают Tenable экспортировать продукцию в РФ. Поэтому Tenable немедленно прекращает действие лицензий компаний из РФ по уважительной причине. При этом компании не получат возмещение предоплаченных лицензий.
При попытке зайти на сайт Tenable можно лицезреть типичных представителей команды Tenable, перегрызающих канал связи с РФ.
